Install NexoFlow on your website

All three ends available directly from official site: WordPress module plugin packs on-demand download, JS embed code paste-and-use, mobile App on-the-go management.

WordPress plugin pack

Each module is an independent WordPress plugin pack, download what you need. NexoFlow Connect is the common base, all other plugins depend on it, install first.

  1. First download and install "NexoFlow Connect" common base and enable it, then install needed module plugins.
  2. WordPress backend "Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin", select downloaded .zip to install and enable.
  3. Enter account key in "Settings → NexoFlow" to bind, then toggle modules in backend.

Core connection layer: account auth and API communication, cache, multilingual adapter. All NexoFlow plugins depend on it, must be installed and enabled first.

Visitor engagement

AI chat assistant: streaming response, service level scoring, with built-in KMS-supplied FAQ and help doc search, booking panel, form panel and handoff.

Customer signals: lead aggregation, analysis and follow-up management. An "add-on pack"—independent of main plans, value-added service only paid tenants can purchase separately.

JS embed code

Don't want to install plugins? Use a JS snippet to hang AI assistant on any website. Official only releases one JS resource (nexoflow-widget.js), it's the chat widget; but inside the widget, per backend module switches, can expand FAQ, KB search, booking, forms and handoff panels.

  1. Copy your exclusive embed code in NexoFlow backend (site key bound to your account).
  2. Paste before site footer </body>, or theme's "Custom Code / Header-Footer" location.
  3. Refresh page, AI assistant appears in bottom-right (applies to any site builder besides WordPress).

All above features are provided as panels within the AI assistant bubble: FAQ and KB are joint search panels, booking and forms are embedded panels. For standalone page forms (e.g. standalone FAQ category list page, KB tree browse page, booking wizard page, form page), please install the corresponding WordPress plugin pack. Each module is toggled by backend module switches, same code needs no change.
